Paul L.
CEO & CIO
Paul LePage connects technology decisions with business needs. He leads Foundation BTS’s vision and growth, supporting the team in delivering reliable IT and cybersecurity services.
A little outside of work
Day trips around Ontario, travel, hockey, golf and guitar. Paul also co-founded 100 Men Who Give a Damn Newmarket–Aurora, supporting York Region charities.
Jake M.
Operations Manager
Jake brings more than 12 years of IT experience to daily operations. His technical background and clear communication help coordinate support, improve workflows and keep client needs in focus.
A little outside of work
Golf, cheering for his nephew’s soccer and hockey teams, and running a fantasy baseball forum with nearly 400,000 members. Jake enjoys all things fantasy sports.
Ilia U.
Professional Services Lead / Technology Solutions & Onboarding Manager
Ilia leads technology projects, migrations and onboarding across Microsoft 365, Azure, backups and virtualization. His focus is on secure, practical solutions and keeping clients informed throughout the process.
A little outside of work
Guitar, songwriting and recording, competitive gaming, and exploring new developments in AI, computers and hardware.
Rob B.
Technical Alignment Lead
Rob helps align business technology with clear standards and operational needs. His work across Microsoft 365, Azure and server projects helps improve reliability and reduce recurring support issues.
A little outside of work
A proud basketball dad who also enjoys jogging and time at the gym.
Gurleen D.
Cyber Security Lead
Gurleen focuses on threat detection, incident response and policy enforcement. She brings security operations centre experience and clear communication to investigating threats and protecting client environments.

Astronomy, art, travel and poetry. Gurleen is also a proud Swiftie.
Wyatt J.
Technical Support Team Lead
Wyatt helps resolve complex technical issues with clear, friendly communication. His Microsoft 365 and Windows knowledge supports a practical approach that puts the person needing help first.
A little outside of work
Video games, video editing and trying new recipes. Wyatt has also created 3D models for VR motion-tracking games.
Winnie L.
Lead Accounting Clerk
Winnie brings more than 10 years of accounting experience to keeping financial operations accurate and organized. Her background includes month-end and year-end close, intercompany reconciliations and improving accounting processes.
A little outside of work
Exploring restaurants around the GTA, travelling, spending time with family and friends, and relaxing with cooking shows.
Valerie V.
Client Services
Valerie brings experience in sales, administration, customer service and IT client support. Her focus on relationships and helpful communication supports clients in their day-to-day interactions with Foundation BTS.
A little outside of work
Valerie owns an interior design business and enjoys travel, sailing, scuba diving and time in the ocean, including encounters with sharks and sea turtles.
Dave E.
Systems Admin Lead
Dave helps keep networks consistent and secure through backups, endpoint protection, patching and updates. His experience includes Windows Server, Exchange, SQL and virtualization.
A little outside of work
Working on 1980s and 1990s Japanese sports cars, renovating his house and spending time with other car enthusiasts. Dave enjoys troubleshooting engines as much as servers.
Jennifer F.
Marketing & Strategic Initiatives Specialist
Jennifer leads marketing and strategic initiatives, helping make FBTS’s services clear and connect marketing efforts with business goals. Her background includes branding, digital marketing and business development.
A little outside of work
Bike rides, travel, snorkelling and time in nature. Fresh air, open spaces and new experiences help Jennifer recharge.
